Stina and Haraldur's wedding unfolds normally until Jákup, Stina's mother's husband accidentally invites Stina's biologial father, the alcoholic and bad-tempered Anton. Jákup will do everything to keep Anton from ruining the party, and for Stina not to realize he is arriving.
Andrias Høgenni was born and raised on the Faroe Islands, and has worked evenly between there and Denmark for the last 15 years. His graduation film from the alternative danish film school Super16 “Ikki illa meint” won the Canal+ award at Semaine de la Critique in Cannes in 2019. It has since won 8 awards - among them a Danish Academy award (Robert) for best short film in 2020. Andrias furthermore has a bachelor in Media Studies from the University of Southern Denmark in 2013, and he is a founding member of the faroese filmworkers union (Føroysk Filmsfólk) in 2014.
